Everything is fine here, had a fine stay for over night.

It was truly a really nice stay for over night, the hotel met needs.

The staff was very unprofessional.

The lobby was fancy with welcoming staff. The room I booked was updated and available with TV and towels to bath, as for instance. I loved my time at the hotel, thanks.

The hotel was cheap, had delightful views and unbeatable location next to the courthouse as well as the river.

A warm enough room and a perfect location, great value. Staff were more than helpful and surprised us with PERSONALIZED service.

Spotless hotel, experienced stuff, freshly renovated rooms. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was particularly nice! WiFi, coffee and TV with cable channels in the room, exceptional location.

Value for price, affordable food. The staff was phenomenal, the beds were lovely, and the room was silent. The beach there was sandy, the hotel was located near the shore. Attractive property with top-notch service.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a busy area, really close to pigeon forge, restaurants. The room itself was brand-new and updated with towels to bath and TV, for instance as advertised. I loved florescent lighting.

Everything was perfectly fine, helpful staff made our stay very nice. We had a continental breakfast and loved the quality of the food.

The check-in was quick, the service was helpful, plus unbelievable location. Staff were lovely and sweet all the time. Plus it had an absolutely gorgeous view. It was good to have wonderful drinks in the outdoor bar:)))

i loved the hotel. property was clean and in a perfect location, staff was delightfully helpful. i had a calm and non-smoking room. comfy beds and basic facilities. the staff did all they can for a wonderful stay.

Dismissive staff, good bed, luxurious bathroom. The room is well cleaned and there are magnificent views. Great breakfast with lots of choices. I think the place is top rated, I would definitely go back.

Extremly helpful staff, cheap rooms, adequate breakfast. The room was reasonably priced. Prime location, all was second to none. Apart from that, nascar speedpark was 15 minutes' drive away. Restaurant was good. Good service was provided too.

The property was incredibly friendly and we had a memorable stay. Room was fine, bed was soft, staff was fairly good. And it also had DECENT view. Everything seemed fabulous, clean. Found in a beautiful part of the town. Also, the hotel was at a short distance from sevier county courthouse.

The room was well-maintained and the staff were courteous. The hotel has prime location really close to outlets and the Interstate and the river. Early check in and great service. All in all a not bad venue and really unforgettable stay...

We had a truly memorable time. Normal room, affable staff, decent location. Loved Sevierville, the hotel was simple. Our room had a comfy bed and a wonderful view.

It was a new generation, cheap hotel with peaceful staff. Property was perfectly clean. Moreover, I truly enjoyed the fact that there was free Wi-Fi.

you'll need 5 minutes to walk to graze burgers with nice drinks. room was good value. pool was a real bonus.
